From the dept of the ocean comes another gift essential to life
Omega-3 fatty acids are particularly high in EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). These oils lower blood triglycerides and cholesterol, aid circulation, prevent blood clots, and help arthritic conditions. EPA regulates cell hormones, and protects the body from high blood pressure, edema and inflammation. DHA is important for vision, hearing and the reproductive system.
